We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, allowing you to return any unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. Please ensure all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Daniel Wellington gift box and place them inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original components are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, removing or covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
